Synaesthete

So, here goes. I'm pretty sure I'm a synaesthete...I've had these traits all my life:

-I associate certain numbers with colours, although I don't specifically "see" them (like, I know instinctively that 2 should only be written in yellow, 3 in red, 7 in green, etc. This came in handy when memorizing dates or equations.)
-when I close my eyes and listen to music I can see coloured clouds moving, changing shape and colour
-I can physically feel the calender, like a giant timeline that I am moving along

-And here's the biggest one for me: I can "hear" all of my movements. Every step I take and every gesture has this...music associated with it. If I move my fingers in order I can "hear" a scale. I can also hear outside movements, like the movement of the mouse on the computer screen, or the movements of screensavers or other people's steps and gestures.

I only realized three days ago that not everyone sees the world like this...I'm still kind of in shock! Do I have synaesthesia?

I'm no expert on the matter, but I would say you do have synesthesia.
Also, I completely understand your shock in the matter, it was the same for me.
